Celebrate Sport Youth Nomination Form

Nominate a young athlete or team deserving recognition for outstanding sporting achievements at Clarington's Celebrate Sport Weekend. This could be an outstanding youth athlete or local team for a significant win, or a group that exemplifies inclusivity and teamwork.

Please note, a recipient (or team) must have direct connection to the Municipality as defined by the following criteria:  

Was born in Clarington, or
Was raised or spent their formative years in Clarington, or
Achieved their athletic prominence in Clarington, or
Made their contributions to athletics and sports in Clarington

Athlete or team must be 18 years of age or younger. Recipients may be presented with a certificate of achievement during the Celebrate Sport Weekend in Clarington March 22 to 23, 2024, at Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex in Bowmanville.
