Please submit one form for each block of time you would like to request. Permit holders must be at least 18 years or older.
Beneath each day of the week, enter the blocks of time that you would like to rent the facility. Click "Add date" to request additional dates and times.
Residents, businesses and community groups looking to rent municipal property (i.e. pools, ice, fields, gyms, floors, rooms and picnic areas) must purchase or provide sufficient liability insurance coverage for the duration of their rental. Learn more.
