Note: A $10 + HST administration fee is deducted per registration on all requests.

Refunds are based on the original payment method. Select the payment method you used to register.

Credit card payment - Refunds will be credited back to the original payment card.

Debit Card Payment - Refunds will be issued to the original payment card (in person only).

Cash or Debit Card Payment - Refunds by cheque for payments of $20 or more. Refunds of less than $20 will be credited to your account. Credits on account expire within 24 months from the date of issue.

Note: Requests received that do not meet the above cancellation policy will be denied.
