The Community Services Department must receive ALL requests for cancellations/refunds in writing. Requests for specialty classes (Aquatic Leadership, Summer Session Aquatics Instruction (Monday to Friday), First Aid, CPR, High-Five – Principles of Healthy Child Development and Day Camps) and workshops must be received by the Community Services Department a minimum of three business days before the first class. Birthday parties are non-refundable. Programs with a value of $11.30 or less (after taxes) are considered non-refundable.
With the exception of specialty classes as described above any approved cancellation/refund requests received prior to the second class will be provided once pro-rated and a refund administration fee of $10 + HST has been charged.
Medical refund requests will be assessed at any point during the session, must be accompanied by a doctor’s note and will be prorated to the date all completed paperwork is received.
Note: a $10 + HST administration fee is deducted per registration on all requests.

Note: Requests received that do not meet the above cancellation policy will be denied.
