Purpose

To submit a compliment regarding a program, service, facility, or staff member, where you believe that the Municipality has provided a service experience that exceeds your satisfaction at the point of service delivery.

All compliments will be received in confidence according to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
