Non-Profit Printing Service Request Form

Clarington recognizes the importance of non-profit groups and the contributions they make to our community. To assist our community partners, we provide free printing services to non-profit organizations. To qualify, your group must be non-profit, municipally based and provide broad coverage to the community.

Eligible organizations are allowed 2,500 pages per calendar year at no cost. Over 2,500 pages per calendar year pay in accordance with Clarington's User Fee By-law. Review the eligibility requirements.

• Requests for 1,000 pages or less shall allow a minimum of five full working days for the print job to be completed.
• Requests for more than 1,000 pages shall allow a minimum of ten working days for the print job to be completed.
• A request does not guarantee that we are able to print the request. All requests are subject to Staff review to confirm that the request can be fulfilled. Staff will respond within two business days.
