Tax Bill / Tax Statement Request Form

Fill out the form below to request a Tax Statement, Property Tax Bill Reprint, or Previous Owner Letter.

A Tax Statement will show the current year's taxes billed to date and the total annual taxes for the prior year. Each Tax Statement costs $15 and will be sent to the email address provided within one to two business days.

A request for a Property Tax Bill Reprint provides a previously issued property tax bill. No payment information will be provided. Each Property Tax Bill Reprint costs $15.

A Previous Owner Letter shows the total annual taxes (assessment x tax rate) and is stamped paid. Each Previous Owner Letter costs $15.

Note: The fee is non-refundable. 

The personal information recorded on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c.25 and will be used for the purposes of Property Tax administration. Questions about the collection of this data can be directed to the Clerk’s Division at 905-623-3379.
