Freedom of Information Requests

Fill out the form below to apply for access to information or to correct records in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The FOI Request Form should be completed only if standard practice prohibits access to requested records.

A $5 application fee is required for all requests. Additional fees may apply beyond the application fee, depending on the nature of the request. We will notify you if an additional fee is required to process your request.

If you are requesting a correction of personal information, indicate the desired correction and, if appropriate, attach any supporting documentation. You will be notified if the correction is not made and you may require that a statement of disagreement be attached to your personal information.
