Sign Permit Application

If you plan to erect a permanent or temporary sign in Clarington, you must submit a sign permit application form to obtain a permit. Your sign must comply with the Sign By-law, Building By-law and Zoning By-law.

To apply for a temporary mobile sign, apply on Service Clarington.

Permanent and Temporary Signs

You can apply for all types of temporary and permanent sign permits (except the Temporary Mobile Sign Permit) using the online sign permit application form.

Pay the fee requested within the form and submit the application.
If approved, a staff member will contact you to provide a sign permit number.
