The Municipality of Clarington offers electronic delivery of your property tax bill (eBilling).
Sign up below to have your tax bill sent directly to your email account in PDF format. Once you sign up, you will no longer receive a paper copy of your bill by mail. Your tax bill will be emailed a minimum of 21 days before the first instalment due date as required under the Municipal Act, 2001.
To sign up for eBilling for more than one property, you must submit a separate form for each property.
If the tax bill is undeliverable to the email address provided, we will immediately cancel the eBilling service.
Please Note: Only Tax bills will be sent through eBilling at this time. Other letters such as pre-authorized payment letters, new ownership letters, overdue notices, and adjustment letters will continue to be delivered via Canada Post mail. Please continue to notify Taxation Services of any changes to your mailing address.
View the sample tax bill below to see where you can find your property's unique roll number and access code.
Please save your Access Code. For every email sent, you will be prompted to enter the Access Code to open the email attachment containing your tax bill.

Your participation in the program will be cancelled if your email is returned as undeliverable.
