The Municipality of Clarington offers electronic delivery of your property tax bill (eBilling).
Sign up below to have your tax bill sent directly to your email account in PDF format. Once you sign up, you will no longer receive a paper copy of your bill by mail. Your tax bill will be emailed a minimum of 21 days before the first instalment due date as required under the Municipal Act, 2001.
To sign up for eBilling for more than one property, you must submit a separate form for each property.
If the tax bill is undeliverable to the email address provided, we will immediately cancel the eBilling service.
Please note: Only Interim tax bills mailed in January and final tax bills mailed in May/June will be sent through eBilling at this time. Other letters, such as new ownership letters, overdue notices, and adjustment letters, will continue to be delivered via Canada Post. Please continue to notify Taxation Services of any changes to your mailing address. To request the current status of your property tax account, please submit the Property Tax Statement Request Form.
